SUPPORT POLICY
Support Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Scope
INKIES accepts voluntary support for site operations, artwork production, and feature improvements. This policy applies to private support, Individual Supporters, and Corporate Supporters. Material purchases, Premium membership, and category sponsorship advertising are separate services.
2. Support options and recognition
No name or logo is published. Supporting does not change the terms on which the service can be used.
An approved display name is listed on the Supporters page for up to 12 months. External links are not included.
An approved company name, logo, and official website link are listed for up to 12 months.
3. Review and publication period
INKIES reviews requested public information after payment. Content that conflicts with law, public standards, third-party rights, or site policy may be declined or removed. Publication may also end early at the applicant's request or when operationally necessary. Removal does not normally create a right to a refund.
4. Names, logos, and links
Applicants must have the rights and authority needed for every submitted name, logo, and URL. After payment confirmation, Corporate Supporters may upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo up to 2 MB and between 64 and 4,000 pixels per side. It remains private until administrator approval; approved logos must be changed through support. Category Sponsor logos and advertising creative continue to be received by email and uploaded by an administrator.
5. Category Sponsors
Category sponsorship advertising is contracted separately from Corporate Supporter recognition. During the active contract, the advertiser's logo, name, and link appear on the Supporters page in addition to the category placements. Language, term, price, and creative delivery follow the advertising overview and individual agreement.
6. Payment and refunds
Stripe processes payments. Card information never passes through the INKIES server. Support is voluntary and completed payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, system errors, and legally required cases are reviewed individually.
7. Personal and public information
We process the payment email, amount, Stripe identifiers, and requested publication details for confirmation, review, communication, and fraud prevention. Only approved display names, company names, logos, and official URLs covered by consent are made public. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be revised and takes effect when published. To correct or remove a listing early, submit a logo, or ask a question, please use the contact form.
