Payment Method & Timing

Credit Card (Stripe)

Payment for paid materials is confirmed at the time of order. Premium membership is processed upon application. For recurring subscriptions, automatic renewal may occur at the end of the contract period.

Delivery Timing

Paid materials are available for download immediately after payment completion. Premium membership benefits are available immediately after payment completion.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase or payment completion. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for details.

Canceling Premium Membership

Premium members can cancel at any time from their account page. Benefits remain available until the end of the contract period. No refunds will be given for mid-cancellation during the contract period.
